This small work by Emilio Isgrò has the typical shape of a lunette. Of this shape, Isgrò has created a good number of variable dimensions and subjects. This particular shape is inspired by certain Renaissance works of both painting and architecture which are called "lunettes". The support of this work is a cardboard on which Isgrò has spread a layer of acrylic mixed with plaster granules which give the sensation of being in front of a portion of a roughly plastered wall. Ants, which in Isgrò's intention represent the culture that spreads among the peoples, randomly cross the work.
